We reserve the right to amend our trading terms and conditions from time to time and request that before using our site you carefully read all of our terms and conditions including disclaimers. If after reading our terms and conditions you do not fully understand or agree with our terms and conditions we would ask that you do not proceed any further to use our sites services or facilities. If you do proceed it will be accepted that you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same.

Lightning Damage

Many products such as AC adaptors are vulnerable to severe damage in the event of power surges or lightning strikes. Damaging surges (or "spikes") can come through AC mains-cord/adaptor. The damage caused is not covered by warranty and is usually extensive and costly to repair. We recommend disconnection from 240V mains supply during electrical storms whenever possible.

Warranties and repairs

Unless otherwise stated, warranty period is Three (3) months from invoice date. Warranty does not cover any damage caused by corrosion, liquid spillage, power surges, lightning or any deliberate or accidental abuse. Angel Xmas Lights reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty claims. Kits are excluded from any warranties.  Please fill in form to register your details for warranty purposes.

In the event that you require service on any product during the warranty period simply follow these few simple steps:

• Contact Angel Xmas Lights immediately by Phone or Email.
• Have your original invoice details handy if calling by phone or quote your original invoice number and description of problem with the product on the email.
• We will give you instructions on the phone or contact you back by Email to explain what would be the quickest and most convenient way to obtain warranty or service for your product.
• If the product is faulty or damaged when first delivered (see returns policy).
  

This information will remain helpful in the future if in the event you do experience any problem with your purchase and you require service even after the warranty period has lapsed.

Returns Policy

In the event that on receipt of your purchase you find that the goods have been damaged in transit, we require you to do the following:

Once you have contacted us we will then offer you the following options:

• Replacement of Goods (including shipping costs)
• A Full Refund (including shipping costs)
• To return damaged or faulty goods to us is as simple as repacking them in to the original packing you received them in, the packaging has our return delivery address details prominently displayed (to avoid confusion please cross out your delivery details on the packing) and contact us for transport details.

Please note: the cost of freight will only be refunded in circumstances where the goods purchased were damaged or faulty when delivered. In all other cases, including change of mind purchases, freight costs both ways will be bourne by the customer.

• Payment of return freight by Angel Xmas Lights only applies to goods delivered within Australia.
• All goods returned for credit or replacement must be repacked in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.
• If goods are returned incomplete or are missing any parts or instruction manuals etc a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be deducted from any refund amount due.

Limited Liability Disclaimer

Under no circumstances will Angel Xmas Lights be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly through the use of any services offered or products sold through this website.
This website and its contents were created in the state of Queensland and as such the applicable Australian laws both state and federal will be final and have absolute jurisdiction. All rights not expressly granted in the terms and conditions are reserved.
